Here is the Rocky Mountain Rumble information. We dont know who is varsity until early next week, but we want to let everyone know. There is two tournaments that are close to each other in proximity. We are planning on taking every wrestler to theses tournaments. if you are unable to go (or wrestle) please reply ASAP so we dont enter them into the tournament.
Also, cost for each wrestler for the hotel room is $23/each. Please pay the room fee by next Wednesday (January 14th). We will be staying at the Hampton Inn in (Orem) – across the street from UVU.
Please remember We probably need to take a cooler with food/drink to last for the 2 day period. There will be concessions, but it’s often times not very health and sometimes rather expensive. The bus may take wrestlers for some meals so they may want some cash money for food as well.

The Iron Town Duels is this weekend. This is a Varsity and a JV tournament.
Weigh-ins will be Friday, January 9th at 1:00pm. Wrestling begins 3:00pm.
Official Weights for Friday and Saturday
Friday 3lbs. 109, 116, 123, etc. (2 lbs Growth Allowance/1lb. for matches on Thursday)
Saturday 4lbs. 110, 117, 124, etc. (2 lbs Growth Allowance/2lb. for matches Thurs./Fri.)
